I upgraded the stock bolts on my

ok why are some some freak’n expensive and others are not? And how do you know if they will fit a 2.5” lift?

 

Yeah the seat jackers where one of the best mod’s ive done for comfort on longer trips..

 

Nothing crazy but I'll be doing a 2 or 2.5" lift so may jump up the the 6112/5160s if I can swing the cost next year. I'll probably be due for a leaf pack by then so I'd rather just do everything at once. These were just too cheap right nearby to pass up, truck does feel a little better.

 

Buy universal fit stuff. More work on your end but comes out alot cheaper and can be better.

Bumpstops have nothing to do with the amount of lift you have on toyota IFS.

For example this winter I'll be doing chevy 63's, 14" of travel easy with a good load capacity and it'll be cheaper than only buying hammer hangers.

This doesnt include the stuff you need for that much travel, brake lines and shock relo, but youd need that for a tacoma specific relocation/ leafpack too

 

That may be in my future. I've always wondered if the round rubber piece alone would hold the bulb tight enough to not shake around/throw light around...which would be annoying at night.

 

Finally got my c4 rock runner bumper put on. Still have a few things I need to adjust and will be coating the frame.

You need to locate the bolts. I had to order mine. 10x1.25 metric socket cap bolt 12.9 rated. Got them at bolt depot online

 

Went for a drive today. My back loves me again. With the new angle the lumbar support stays firm against my low back. What a difference.

 

Well I didn't do this but my buddy installed his front Bilsteins with the lower spring mount upside down and now he has a Carolina squat lol

 

Nothing major … replaced all my front skid plate bolts with upgraded bolts..

Today I did something that I should have done during my Big 5 upgrade to 1/0 cables. I initially junked the wimpy 10awg battery frame ground, but figured I’d add it to be safe. Really simple as it can use the stock bolt.
