Anyone run into the problem of your bed getting loose? I've had this "rattle" since I bought my truck 2 years ago which I associated with the retrax bed cover. Well, I was washing the thing 2 days ago and the bed lifted close to the cab on the passenger side :rofl:anyways, I'm curious as to what tools yall are using to move that giant torx with the nut underneath. Most of this was not "today", but put on a handful of components to keep the important bits safe when wheeling.

Skids are BAMF, 20 deg sliders and aluminum gas tank "skid" (more of just a shield) are RCI. Bought all of them "raw" and primered+painted the steel components myself (pro-tip, if you're ever going this route, invest in a paint gun, makes the process 1000% easier).

Still need to reroute the exhaust to install the transfer case skid. I also might extend the RCI sliders to be "full length" after I test them out, so we'll see!

    BAMF skids:

Added some extra “fog” lights to the front. Going for the new Tundra bumper lights look

I hope for the people's eyeballs you are driving past that you didn't just put LED bulbs in the halogen enclosures.

Edit: I'm going to link this here but if its TL;DR then here is the short: LED throws light differently than halogen. There is no cutoff unless the LED is specifically designed with a cutoff (i haven't seen too many). Thus throwing light higher than normal and brighter than normal. Lows are essentially like driving around with your highs on and its annoying as hell for oncoming drivers.

I don't see a cutoff line on them so I believe you're right! I wasn't gonna be the first to say anything because I normally get called a Karen

If these LED light bulbs don't get their eyes my 30-inch light bar sure will.

Well, got my truck back from the shop after they replaced my transmission under carvana’s warranty. In their words “oh it was f’d”. Glittery transmission fluid.

Then I went across the street and put on some tires. I’ve got the stock sport suspension and at full lock it’s tight, but no rubbing so far!

Just put on your sunglasses if you don't like the glare! Just kidding It's sarcasm. I have read all the threads about how horrible it is to put LED bulbs in our headlights and I've read the threads about the ultimate headlight upgrade and all that but I just had to see what these cheap bulbs look like myself. Not sure if I'm going to keep these bulbs or not but I don't plan on using them on the street. My taco is mostly used for off-road use.

ah gotcha. yeah I mean they are bright but its the fact the cheap LEDs dont have a cutoff so they just shine up with no limits. really sucks for others

If people are going to put cheap LEDs in halogens I'd at least say use these. I have them in mine after testing a bunch (Amazon lol) and they have an impressingly good cutoff for LED in a halogen housing. (stock left, LED right) Also yes I lowered my fogs a bit after this was taken during alignment
