How much room do you have next to the intercooler with the URD intake?

Any modifications in order for the URD intake to work on the S/C?

Any fitment issues with the grill ?

LC Engineering sent an email today announcing the release of their Magnuson supercharger kit for the 2TR engine, based on their experience with the earlier RZ series engines.
This is an excerpt from the announcement:
That’s where LC Engineering steps in. Building on the success of our 2RZ and 3RZ supercharger kits, we developed a bolt-on roots-style supercharger kit specifically for the 2TR engine. Like always, we put it through real-world testing—multiple kits, multiple vehicles, and months of feedback. Just as we were ready to release, Magnuson redesigned the blower body, changing critical pulley placement and forcing us back to the drawing board. We retooled, redesigned, and re-tested everything with the new Magnuson TVS 900 housing—and the results have been worth the wait.

    Too many to list.
After years of having a lift I finally had to do the ECGS bushing.

On Sunday I found a torn tie rod boot. Stealership wanted way too much. So took to my local mechanic. Both sway bar end links, tie rod boot changed. For way less than stealership.
Now onto the shop for motorcycle brake rebuild :D.

Been spraying underneath with KROWN rustproofing for a long time since the new frame . I have lots of creaks and squeaks again I think from my Dakar leaf springs. I have to get the grease gun out with the needle attachment and get between the leafs again I guess . Soaked them down with KROWN but still squeak and creak . :(

Pretty much less than an inch.. its darn close so I have thought about fabricating an additional support and deleting the vibration mount in lieu of a hard mount.

Urd intake had to be cut ALOT. probably 3-4" off the long side and 1" off the short side of the intake tube that connects to tb.

It took me probably 6 hours to install it cleanly but I still want to make some changes. Had to cut part of my headlight as well where the drain in so that the intake doesn't touch the intercooler.

Grill fit perfectly, surprisingly. It is all a bit tight in there.

Are you able to get pics of the where you cut on the headlight? Modifying it is no big deal for me, just want to know if it’s doable.

I just put a rag underneath then soaked it with wd40, then wiped away the hinges until i got down to the clean paint, then hit it with a lubricating layer again.

Replaced my LCAs with OEM parts today. After 17 years and 195k miles, I was honestly shocked at how good the original ball joints still felt. The left side had resistance that was almost like a brand-new unit, and the right side had just a tiny bit of lateral play but was still really stiff side to side. I did the swap as preventive maintenance, but honestly, I would’ve been comfortable running them for another year or two. Really says a lot about the quality of OEM parts compared to aftermarket. Don’t get me wrong—I love RockAuto for a lot of things—but for critical components, I stick with OEM. If you’re thinking about replacing yours, I highly recommend going OEM.

Well contrary to this, i went with mevotech supreme from Rockauto. I resued the OEM cam bolts though.
I just did the replacement today cause the OEM LCA bushings crapped out. 130k miles on 2011 prerunner.

Replaced the Arb bumper with all new oem bumper cover. Don't understand why the middle lower section isn't the same color as the rest of it. My old bumper cover and lower center section was the same, just thought it was sun faded.
