    Thanks! The cold air intake is the TRD one that came with the truck, so it is the "stock airbox"
    I am looking for thay scan tool that shows the airflow data.

    Yeah, the TRD airbox should be fine. At this point, I’d definitely check the actual MAF readings and, if everything looks off, start checking for a short. Since the code keeps coming back even after replacing the MAF sensor, it might also be worth smoke testing the intake system. I use a cheap fluid transfer pump from Harbor Freight and a gas station cigar, sounds crazy, but it works surprisingly well!
