Lots of small stuff; Grillcraft MX, Bilstein 5100's, Deck Plate Mod w/ AFE air filter, Airaid MIT, braided SS brake lines, Redline Tuning QuickLIFT hood struts, Extang Full-Tilt tonneau cover, fog light mod, gray wire mod, power outlets on-demand, Diff breather ext, additional contours to passenger side from oak tree.
Took the truck out on a short errand this afternoon. Truthfully I didn't notice much of a difference from the O-Style gasket TB gasket. Now, I usually drive with a gentle gas pedal in order to maximize my fuel economy, so it would be tough for me to notice a subtle difference in performance (although I 'played' a bit this afternoon to try to tell a differenceO. Maybe sounds slightly different?

I could definitely tell a difference in the braking with new fluid & braided lines though!

well I heard a noise or two after wheelin the other day. so now I am waiting on various ball joints from parts supplier. all the joints were loose. no broken boots, just loose joints. now it will be nice in tight front end :)

it is louder. and the throttle response is very improved.
i know how you feel i've had the deckplate in my shop since the beginning of december. it only took me probably an hour. only problem i had was the trimming i had to do to the ribs to get the nuts started. if i woulda positiond it better i could have missed them. just take you time. its as simple as they say!
