Did my first oil change today at 1600 miles. Used castrol gtx (it was on sale). The only problem is when I went to drain the oil, it splashed everywhere when it hit the pan. Anybody have any tips so it doesn't hit me in the face again?

Washed and waxed my truck today inside and out, the weather up here has taken a turn for the better so I took advantage of it. Things I bought today wheel/tire cleaner. Waiting on my niteshade tint to get here, ordered it last Monday. Next weekend I am thinking of blacking out my headlights. :washing:
