What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

I spent $125 to redo my u-joint and carrier bearing, but did it myself, wasn't too hard, but the wheel bearings don't look like fun to do...

 

Got my new cap installed!!

 

Wrapped my shift knob in paracord. Why the hell not. Monkey's fist adapted for the job. Some of the curves on the shifter made some uneven gaps...but I like it anyway.

 

I would have done it for half

Pulled out my carpeted floor mats and installed the rubber ones so I don't freak out when little feet get into daddy's brand new truck wet and/or muddy...

With kids, you might want the Weathertech. That way, they can spill or leak and still not get the carpet.

Had my kid dump an entire milkshake on the Weathertechs, just had to rinse it out, not a drop on the carpet.

 

Spent 327.00 and some change for a windshield to be replaced. Fukin people who put shoit in the back of their trucks and not cover them properly. May the karma reach out and smack him ..

 

Welllllllll, I glued up another set of these... since my other half is vertically challenged and has to jump in without 'em. Had 'em on my '06 and the '01 too.



Truth be told, I really do like them. Especially when less considerate people fling their doors open with earnest in any parking lot. Their force is redirected back onto their own door by the lower step tube. It shouts, "Take sum-O-dat you would be door dent maker flinger clown!" The metallic twang sound resonates, thus allowing people nearby to enjoy it too.
