Completed my lift project, the truck rides SOOOO much better now! I'm loving the look and the handling on it now. Bilstein 5100 and Fox 2.0 combination is a fantastic combo! Pics of the front tomorrow because its too dark out now. Lol.

its why anyone with a winch should have an extra mount that goes back to the frame to prevent the bumper from pulling/flexing off the mount.......

in theory too much bumper for such a little mount, we trimmed the mount right off took an 1/8" off the frame and added a 1/4" plate there instead itll be fully welded top to bottom + adding some bracing the frame at this point in order to prevent frame damage, I also have a new mount to go on to clamp the bumper further back to the frame

is it over kill yes, is it needed you bet

Hand washed and dried via towel. Only 91 degrees with no wind so it wasn't too bad. :)

My bumper has a couple of straps that come back to the frame for exactly this purpose ;)

yes and not all bumpers available are shipped with them, NOR are they advertised they are needed

weve also have a local with these straps with flexing happening still, the point at which everything is mounted to is only 1/8" boxed frame

Installed Model T grill emblem, installed TRD center caps, and gave it a bath. Pictures not the greatest, taken with cell phone.
