Check my build thread...too much to list.
Finished a 3200 mile road trip in my tacoma today. Went from Sacramento, CA to Key West, FL. She did awesome and I had no issues the entire drive.

    Start here:
    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2nd-gen-tacomas/209578-886-backup-light-mod.html

Then go to the last 3 or 4 pages of the thread to see the easier and safer way to go.
The 50w fog light recommended at the beginning of the thread is really too hot for the housings and pushing the circuit design.

No kidding man... I hate pin stripes. They wanted to charge $145 for it too lol. I was a service manager at Saturn before I got on the Fire Dept. 20 years ago and I used to pin stripe cars for $25 and they would mark it up to $100. I could have a car pin striped in about 5 mins.

Completed most everything except one item that really bugs me.

The 12V accessory outlets that go off with the ignition.
Plug my cell in to charge and or my handheld gps and neither draw much at all. Every vehicle I have had up until this one worked fine with key off/on.
I have read many posts from people that worry about running the battery down, maybe all the cars that had this working all the time were before their driving time.

Anyway next mod, when I get ready is the always on one

I washed the truck and put on my new-to-me TRD wheels and winter tire set.

I'm pretty happy with the outcome. I scored a good deal on the wheels with BFG snows. Running a premium OEM wheel for winter tires isn't what I would normally do, but when the price is right...

Went to a constant hot 12v with a add a circuit and wired the ground to the fading ground interior light circuit next to the interior fuse panel.
