This is what I'm considering. This sounds like the easiest for touch-ups; vs. powder-coat or bed-liner.

Flat black rattle-can is always the easiest (and best looking) touch up for minor off road scratches on bumpers, nerfs, skidplates, etc.

Smashed ALL the pinch welds totally flat & welded my BAMF cab chop plates. Smash cut weld paint repeat. Now my 285/75's clear at full lock on the entire suspension cycle- even took the coilovers off to push wheels up to bump stops & turn wheel.

Hint- If you actually truly want to clear 285's there is ALOT more cutting you need to do in the wheel well than this forum will lead you to believe.
But most won't ever really stuff the wheels up so cut as needed I say.

Installed Demello Offroad bolt-on hybrid sliders. Turns out drilling 9/16" holes in the underside of the frame is kinda challenging when the truck is on the ground.

A week ago I had my tires balanced for a fourth time (3 different places). This time road force balanced by an independent shop.I had forgotten about this shop right by me that I know the owner of. They also did the first alignment after the lift. That day I drove it the half mile home in a lot of snow. This morning I finally got to drive it and the wobble is finally, completely gone, smooth as glass. After work today I cleaned her up and did the first oil change. I was gonna put my rear 5100's on( didn't install with lift because I was sent the wrong ones), but the floor jack wouldn't reach the frame and I was tired and didn't want to pull the factory jack out.

Moved my wheel well liners forward about 2" on the inside and about 3/4" on the outside. I drilled new holes and re-bolted them in place - to clear my new wheels.

Sliders look nice! I agree, it is a PITA to drill those underside bolts. I only ended up with the patience to do one (the stepwise drilling and oiling is time consuming), and am thinking of maybe having a friend weld the support brackets to the frame for added sturdiness instead of finishing the holes.
