Started out changing my lug nuts from the crappy tuners at Advanced to some McGards... but some of the studs were a little torn up. So I had to pick up some new studs, still trying to get the first one pulled through on the front wheel... damn its being stubborn!!! What's worse, and kind of ironic, is that my roommate is rewiring his 94 Toyota Pickup right next to mine in the driveway (thats his own epic tragedy to tell) and we're sharing his mom's minivan to make the countless trips to hardware stores... just bad timing!!! So I'm done for the night... Any advice on pulling the new studs though the wheel? It's difficult to hold the wheel from spinning while putting like 150+ ft-lbs torque on the lug nut to pull the stud through!!!

Thought about picking one up tomorrow... I could have used one several times already and it seems like a good investment. I was just worried about possible damage to the lug nut or stud with the use of one.

I tightened up my lugs, seemed like they were working themselves loose after 6k miles. They really weren't even "loose" per say...I only managed to tighten them down another 1/8 to a 1/4 turn. Also checked and filled all my tires.

Drove through some big mud puddles in the parking lot at work. My truck is filthy. Going to have to give it a good washing this weekend.

I went to the local dealer's parts dept looking for the big "TOYOTA" decal for the tailgate, they only had a silver one and I was about to walk away when the guy said "You know what? Just take it."

So I got a free decal ha. I still need to find a black one for my white truck but I can put it on something else....

    What a good day.
