Swapped my base (black) bumper for a color-matched. Not sure how I feel about it with the stock base black flares..

I tried to install my new stereo...

but so far the project isn't smooth sailing. the steering wheel controls don't work despite the thing I bought to make them work, and on top of that my airbag light is now on apparently because I didn't have the clock plugged in when I went to test the system. and the only reason the clock wasn't in is because the kit didn't give me the screws to attach it despite the instructions saying they were there. there were also no clips in it so I had to reuse the old ones. there are some other problems too but I don't wanna type a huge rant about it...

suffice to say im not very happy with how much of a huge pain this install has been.

I got some links from my 2014 TRD OR with only 1427 miles on them.

 

Played in the snow today. We had about 6 inches fall when I went out. It is surprisingly hard to loose traction even in 2 WD with my taco. I know some people would go faster but I just wanted to play not wreck my baby.

It might have involved 4 tires off the ground at the same time And what happened to your CV boot is why I removed the SB.

I was going to get some beefier after maket ones, if I go back to them, but thank you +1

 

Finally trimmed the front mud flaps. Took 3.5" off. They actually look normal now

 

Pull that shaft, put it in 4H and drive it home.

 

That's the plan my friend. The shafts already pulled.

 

1. bed lights on cap prop switch
2. rear diff. breather relocate to bed cubby
3. tried to get most of the salt off the frame

 

Hey the lights look nice. I like the whole orange/black thing too.
