    Some really cool shit
I just ordered the tailgate cap, as well. What was your issue with the weather stripping? Ah, looking closer It appears that the stripping is showing just a little bit below the edge of the cap? Is that the issue?

So far I've added an Advance folding bed cover and since removed it. Gave it to my son in Maine, he has an 05 2wd. GT perfect fit seat covers. Weathertech floor mats and window vent visors. Waag center brush/grill guard. Hose clamp tailgate mod. Turned off the seat belt chime. Added Ultra-Gauge. Trailer hitch. Softopper. Replaced sun visors with slide out style. Toyota bed extender. Had Firestone Destinations and now Michelin LTX AT2 in stock size. More mods to come; Fog lights, locking storage in bed, intermittent wipers. Now looking for Radio/HU upgrade. and maybe a lift way down the road.
You should be able to see it sticking out the bottom in the pic above. The top piece of weather strip just sits on the top edge no issue. The problem piece is runs along the back side of the tailgate just down from the bend. I tried to run it right along the bend but I should have run it higher slightly over the bend from the top to the verticle drop down the back. I hope any of that makes sense. Pic in my gallery.

Yeah you got it. I'll have to grab some from Lowes or Home Depot next time I drive by.

Well my truck is currently sitting in the parking lot of a shop... They installed my new lower arm ball joints for me and said they had a heck of a time doing it and when i dropped it off I figured I'd have them put on my new stainless steel brake lines for me too. They didn't get around to it because apparently they're different than they expected....? Got them from the Goodridge buy on here and figured they looked direct replacement. So idk why they didn't get around to it real quick but oh well

Nope...they do cover chips (which happened about 3 weeks ago) for free. But my $500 deductible didn't get me near the price of replacement.

Getting there, had a sinus/lung infection and started taking antibiotics on Friday. Feeling a lot better, still a ways to go.

Mama is doing better too, got prescribed albuterol for the cough that was keeping us both awake all night long for a week or so. So glad, lol. Being without sleep sucks, I will have to get used to it I guess.

    How's the new woman?

Not as a handful as the other one :D but low maintenance and very grateful for my V-day gift to her in many ways  She wants to introduce me to her parents already for dinner. Just bought a good bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon just to ease the tension during dinner.

While getting some work done at the dealer, the service adviser asked me if my truck was a special edition because of the stickers. Let him know I got them from Spieler's Steekerz on this forum. The red really does contrast well on the MGM.
