I finished my interior paint of radio, bezel, and climate control panel. Also got my ZUNE adapter installed (finally!) Sorry about the pic quality... battery was dying so they're a little fuzzy. A link to my album is at end of post for those who'd like to see more. Happy New Year!

That''s fast. Do you use ramps or floor jack and jack stands or just hold your breath, pull in your stomach for 15 mins and slide under on the ground ?

Ramps. (I cheated - I drove it up on the ramps to let it cool and didn't count that in my time). I can actually fit under there without the ramps, but it is just easier with them. Plus it gives me a chance to get a good look at the underside of the truck to make sure everything is where it is supposed to be.

Thanks. I'm thinking of getting some ramps just because it's faster and less work then jack stands. What ramps do you have ? Do you like them ? I see a lot on TW use the Rhino plastic ones. Thanks for any info.

ICON Ext.trav coilovers, rear ICON w/res. TC UCAs. All-pro 3" leafpac & U-bolt flip kit. Konig Countersteer offroad wheels. Goodyear Durtracs 260/75/16. Blacked-out badging, BHLM, Extra D-rings, Satoshi grill, SockMonkey "All Terrain" decals, Avid Off-road light bar and rock rails, Wet Okey seat covers. Weathertech digital fit floor mats. GROM ipod interface.
Two days ago...I posted on this thread that I got the lift on the front...ICONs and TC UCAs.
But then hit a snag on the rear leaf-spring pack.

Got the All-Pro leaf pack installed today. Also did the U-bolt flip-kit...and added ICON shocks.
I had a slight delay when the bushings sent would not accept the sleeves/inserts. I got All-Pro
on the phone and convinced myself, and them, that there was a problem. They OVERNIGHTED
replacement bushings which are a perfect fit! The rear is now riding about 3" higher...sweet!

I ran out to the desert to do a little testing...and I'm quite HAPPY!.

HUGE KUDOS to All-Pro for the super customer service and great product!!!

Speaker upgrade is a helluva improvement over the crap stock speakers.

Didn't think the fog lights would be such an improvement; did it more for cosmetics...was getting tired of looking at those damn black blanks...but after a short drive down some unlit back roads, I'm very impressed with the functional improvement.

Two mods from Christmas presents = my Taco and I are off to a very Happy New Year! :D:cool:

Wiper blade refills. Just noticed the blades were ripped on the ends. They were still taking care of the rain just fine and didn't score the windshield thank goodness. I'll have to pay more attention.

Yes, still the stock head unit. I'm not an audiophile, but from the time I bought the truck (2007 with 23K miles...bought May 2010) the passenger side front speaker had a bad rattle to it...I got by by fading to the back speakers.

My 21 yr old son bought the speakers for me as a Christmas present.
6x9 Planet Audio 3 way up front and 6 1/2 MTX Audio 2 way in the back.

Originally had 6 1/2 Planet Audio for the back, but the basket on them is 5 1/2 inches and the standard mounts from Taco Tunes only accommodate 5 inches. Exchanged the speakers versus ordering another set of custom mounts from Taco Tunes. Keep that in mind when selecting your speakers. I think you can custom order for the larger basket, but I had already ordered and received the kit.

I think Mr Marv is another source for speaker mounts, might be worth your time to check him out. I went with Taco Tunes; ordered 18 Dec and the kit arrived 26 Dec. I've read here where some folks have had problems with delivery time from them, but wasn't the case for me.

Check out the "Speaker Upgrade BASIC How To... (2nd Gen Access Cab)" in the Audio & Video Forum.

    Hope that helps.

Those all pro springs look a lot like my Dakar / OME springs. (7 leafs?) Do you have a photo of how the rear shocks mount up without the stock plate? (You said you did the U-Bolt flip) It sounds like something I would like to do. Thank you for the great photo of the leafs, Rich
