I read that post about how to clean it. It is not hard unless you find yourself doing it when it is cold outside and the plastic intake hose is hard and a pain to get out of the way. I did not felt like taking it off...

Strictly recommend using the CRC spray only on the MAF. Do not touch it with anything. I think the how to post says it is like a couple hundred Americans.

Ouch! Looks like a few more feet and it would have been a direct hit to the cab and not the engine...lucky.

    Glad you're OK!

He looked at his truck and walked away and said it was my fault when i had a witness saying it was his. He not once asked if me, my dad, or my friend were ok.

Yeah we did. He liked what I did with my front lower bumper and emblems so we Plasti-dipped his emblems and rear bumper.

Thanks. My mileage is about the same. I didn't know whether it was worth fooling with but if you had dirt and sticky I guess I'll do it if we get a warm day or I'll do it in the spring. Thanks for the reply. Glad it worked out for ya.

Installed my fumoto drain valve, changed oil, changed power steering fluid, flushed out old brake fluid, rotated the tires, dusted the inside, then washed the truck. 103,800 miles.

x2 coats of wax with the Turtle Wax Black Box. Used my Griot's Garage clay bar kit before I threw the wax on. Very nice. Got the truck back from the dealer on Saturday- had the rear leaf spring TSB done. Noticing I have a pretty decent rake going on now. Are the Bilstein 5100s the cure for this? Will I have to do a differential drop after I put these on?

None here in South Carolina either. One reason i moved from the west coast back to the east. No inspections, no trash sorting, no license or reg needed for trailers, Sales tax on registered vehicles capped a t $300, People can carry guns here in their vehicles without permits and crap. Low insurance Amazing state. LOL My property taxes are $573 a year....My brother pays $12,000 a year in NJ, on a smaller house with far less land and far more than 4 miles from the beach...

Yeah I love South Carolina coast livin.....

Yes it was. And long overdue at that! Flippin' cold when I did it too! Think it was around 30 degrees outside. I meant to do it last August and just forgot. That'll teach me. Anyway, it looked as if the truck needed to pee...years ago (dark yellow). It was really obvious when the new stuff was coming out (I was putting it in a water bottle to check the color and frequently draining the water bottle as a means to see if it was clear yet). I even had air bubbles coming out of the right rear, so definitely overdue. I've seen so many opinions on when it should be done: At each brake change; every 2 years, every 3 years, every 50K miles, etc. No idea what a good number is, but certainly I would think that it should go more than 3 years (and I went just over 6 years).
