Thanks for sharing! I'm starting to look at the KO2s, and going to the 285 (I have the 265 now), now I can see what it'll look like.

I weighed my options and you have a chance of tearing up a cable on either one, I just liked the cleaner look than the rollers and this one works on both steel and synthetic (as long as I don't burr it up with the steel cable).

Finally got around to doing my fluid film undercoating today... I've had the product sitting around for a month or more so it feels good to have it done

What are your thoughts? Would it be worth spraying in the frame?

I've got 45k on mine. Had a p2440 & p2442 code going in this morning. Kept me around 35-40 mph. Secondary air injection system switching valve stuck open bank 1&2. Reset it and so far nothing yet, but have only put 15 miles on it since. :fingerscrossed:

I know. No CELs either. Rattled for about 2 weeks and then was replaced. The honeycomb structure failed and the pieces were rattling around like a baby toy. Drove me nuts.

We use it on machines at work and it seems to hold up well, several other guys on here swear by it.

For the cost and time and the apparent benefits I would say do it! It took me less than an hour to get the frame all cleaned up with the pressure washer and let it air dry to the point of not dripping water in my face... it took maybe a half hour to do the actual coating

I found the exact spot when I jacked up the frame in the rear and moved around the leafs. I noticed there is a metal round spacer where they rub on either end by pulling the leafs apart. Put some auto grease on it n that's it. Did the other side without having to Jack, but needed a prybar. I don't know if this has been explain in other forums but that's how I'd explain it
