Mach1man!!! Freshman year in college, blocked down while trying to turn to the right by raising right knee, got stuck in the thigh, got to see the outside of my femoral artery a little while later. No. 2 was down the front of my left forearm trying to disarm him (not me, get it? disarm lol) No. 3 went through his bicep and hit a rib? in his armpit, still trying to disarm him. At that point we both had enough. That's all I know/remember! My roommate and I were coming back from the bars, late and alone. There was some kind a a brawl going on that we were bypassing, not quickly enough apparently. Comments were made and we were chased, decided to not get jumped from behind and turned to face the chasers. I didn't know he had a knife untill he was slashing at me from a foot or so away. That was 46 years ago. Not my cup of tea, but I'm alittle better at defending myself now. Davestaco, BTW...a sharp knife doesn't appear to hurt much. That's what I was thinking at the time.

    Long ago and far away.

When you're in town, you can see the scars.

Thanks for asking. Haven't thought much of it in a while.

I've done worse to myself doing tin work. Gave myself my third concussion with a 28 oz. Estwing!:D Fell out the door of an E350 conversion van at 45mph adn watched the lugnuts go by my head in slow motion as the van drove up my arm and over my shoulder, all I got out of that were some calcium deposits in my right forearm from hitting the ground.

Lots of stories!! See you this summer!

As far as the naked chick thing goes, I've been slapped, kicked, kneed etc. but never stabbed. Maybe even a little electricity and candle wax, but no sharp objects...unless teeth count!:D

HaHaHa, Thats a good one and Wow I guess you do have some stories! Can't wait to make it your way this summer and get together. If you and any body else that wants are more than welcome to enter and play in the golf tournament. Here's a link to last years event http://www.thompsonhealth.com/FFTho...ryPawlukGolfTournament/tabid/493/Default.aspx it's all I could find but most of the information is the the same. One change I know of is the date. It's on June 3rd. The tournament is in my wifes aunts name and it helps out cancer patients pay other bill's such as mortgage, utility's etc. See you in June.

Looking forward to it! I gotta start stashing some cash away though. I hope my game comes together a little better. It's WAY too easy to embarrass myself.:) I will also try to get some friends together.

A great cause. I lost a cousin to brain cancer a few years back, Mary was 38:(. She was a great person, we had a lot of fun as kids. Left behind were her husband, and young son and daughter.

Installed Hellwig EZ990 Helper Springs and then my neighbor and I picked up a big load of wood without driving on the bumpstops!

They're helper springs, they help the stock suspension from sagging under a load, they were $100 from the local speed shop. You can order them online or lots of car/truck places carry them. They made my ride a little stiffer but I adjusted them to handle the most weight. I took a even bigger load the next day but forgot to snap a shot.

I hauled a whiteboard all the way from OfficeMax...the Tacoma didn't like it but it pulled through. Someone should write a country song about it because it involves a pick-up truck and a rural area :p

I fixed the overhead compass that it seems nearly everyone has had a problem with. Took all of 15 minutes thanks to the posts on TW! I think it was somewhere around $150 for a new one and on ebay they are fixing them for $35....rip off!!!
