2016 Wheels and Tires
I came up on these right off a new 2016 Tacoma with the off road package so I gave my 2012 a face lift

 

Got my HELLA 700s mounted!


Next step will be getting tires(pretty far down the road)
and maybe some seat covers!
Anyone have a recommendation for seat covers?

 

Do u have your stock ones? Just trim about 4 or so inches off and call it a day. Then they don't flap back at highway speeds.

 

Don't have the right tools to trim them and make them pretty. And since I can't draw a straight line with a ruler I'm concerned that won't have clean edges.

 

Gotcha. Check out Rokblokz. Kinda pricey, but seem to be popular.

 

they are actually a little angled. I took mine off, used each one to draw a template on cardboard, then from the cardboard back on to the flap. drew a line and cut it with tin snips, then used a sanding block to clean off the edge. i thought it looked pretty decent. ended up taking them off anyway, tho

 

How are those lights mounted?

 

I made my own bracket. I can take pictures if you want.

Basically used the inner bumper mounts with a bar going across, made like a 3/4 inch mount to raise it that I can unbolt and take it all off easily.

I will say they are freaking BRIGHT. I love them on empty roads

 

Dipped the rims, put on the HomerTaco grille, and installed the Hella 5000 lights, still need to hook them up though, having troubles there.

 

Still trying to get them hooked up, but tested them, and really well. had to get the aftermarket grill for them to work well.

 

Not bad, I got mine for free

 

Installed an Afe intake.

6" maybe less not sure? I manufactured my own mounting platform for them as well, the horns on the drivers side make that one tight.

 

Installed 1.25 wheel spacers on the front wheels today. Big thanks to @txtaco87 for the trade!
