I'm with you - I don't understand the whole fake scoop thing - never have. However, I know a lot of guys go crazy for it.

To stay on topic, I just got turkey juice on the door handle of the truck.....

Carving a 22lb and a 27lb turkey. First one done. Now I'm taking a short break before starting on #2. Wife is cranking out pecan pies (which I will steal one and hide it in my office)

In less than an hour, we'll have son/daughter-in-law, daughter/son-in-law and a grand total of 5 grand kids here, along with some of my inlaws, 2 neighbors (who live alone) eating dinner here. Then we'll be making up 6 dinners to go that we take to the police station so the officers on duty in our little town don't end up eating Thanksgiving dinner at McDonalds.

The past year has had it's fair share of ups and downs. Mostly "ups" at our house. We have a long list of things to be thankful for. Not least of which is having many many good friends. Some of those I've never met face to face....but friends none the less. Thanks folks!

Wife liked the color coordinated bumpers, mirrors and signals in the mirror. It was a better deal to get the Sport even though I didn't want the scoop. It looks cool but it's easier to wash and wax without. Thought about swapping but I have kind of gotten used to it.
