Convenience package, Toyota VIP alarm, Variable speed wipers, tonneau cover, 2011 factory radio with MP3 CDm Scangauge II
Since I got my '08 in November 2010, I added an aFe OEM style air filter and removed the secondary carbon filter. I added variable speed windshield wipers which took all of $60 and 10 minutes. I also added a soft tonneau cover on the bed. I replaced the rear diff lube with 100% synthetic. Finally I replaced the crappy factory tires with Goodyear fuel max tires. I run them at 36 PSI and my last interstate trip at 70 MPH netted 28MPG. I'm doing the transmission lube replacement this weekend with synthetic. I'd like to replace the factory radio with something that has an aux port and could play MP3 cd's at least. That's it so far...

Installed some lights in my topper!! Now I can see at night! I used some cheapie fogs from Advanced Auto and mounted them up high behind the 3rd brake light. I then mounted a switch on the frame of the rear access. It's all wire nutted so I can remove the topper if need be.

I also mounted some cheapie LED's under my hood. No pics of them yet.

Wiring is now tucked in around the corner of the cap rail.

I picked up the truck last night from the dealership and today I cut the front mud flaps down about 6 inchs so they're even with the rears and got it muddy. This truck is so much fun I'm glad I bought it. Now I'm thinking about putting a NFAB front Pre Runner style light bar on it with 2 Lights either KC or Hellas.

Sure, I am starting to save up for new wheels and suspension upgrades. I decided to move the cash from the spacers towards that. No reason to run spacers and then do the other upgrades. Knowing that they sell well here I didn't stand to lose much $$. There was nothing wrong with them. In fact, they seemed to make the truck more stable, especially in the snow. They ran smooth and were easy to install. The look was subtle but aggressive. I would still recommended spidertrax to anyone looking for the look or trying to fit different tires. They were high quality and I was a little sad to let them go. Kind just wanted to hang them in my garage because I thought they were neat.
