    I wish you were closer too!:) No, the first one was NOT fun to work on. The 2nd one should go way smoother now that I know what I do and don't have to remove or disconnect to get the damned thing out! To give you an idea, I started the 1st one Friday night and didn't finish it til Monday morning. I expect to be able to do the other one in a couple hours. Time to reconnect with my mechanical roots.........the Tacoma made me soft!:rolleyes:

    Put in the passenger half shaft today. :laugh:The old one was in such bad shape that it fell apart once it was out. During that install, I discovered the shock on that side was toast.:goingcrazy: So, I installed new front shocks today as well. There are no pictures or any of that jazz, they were dirt cheap shocks from the zone. The more repairs I make, the more I wonder how I was able to drive it 100 miles home on the day I bought it.

    On Monday I hand washed and Waxed. Now I am good till late Summer if the NuFinish lasts as long as it did the last time. It also did a perfect job removing two inch long paint scuffs near the outside door handle. Girlfriend has no idea how they got there. Sure. No harm, no foul I guess.

    The Impulse Red looked real nice, all clean and shiny. Now if only the young lady in the above photo would come wash mine, Life would be just about perfect. A Corona on the beach moment.
