I put a new Class III/IV hitch and wiring harness on my truck last night. Curt brand hitch fit like a glove and the whole thing took about an hour and a half to install.

Today, I learned how to pull paneling off in order to fix my speakers. Also, I finally gave my Pro Comp light switch a new home, and wired up my self destruct switch.

Wired the Yaesu ham radio directly to the battery instead of using a cigarette lighter for the power supply. Great being able to use the radio without having the key in the ignition!

Also washed the front of it and removed the dealer plate covers (which after almost 2 years rubbed a great big hole in my front bumper paint... REAL happy about that...) and my Oklahoma State University rear license plate cover just cause I'm tired of looking at it.

Did the "engine ticking mod," the "locking tailgate mod" with the hose clamps, and then put on my custom SockMonkey decals. Pics tomorrow.

Very nice! I was thinking about ordering some BHLM instead of doing it myself and then selling my old ones. I actually got the same fog kit .. that switch is super gay! I ended up wiring to one of the $19 Toyota light switches. Did you have any problems with installing the headlights?

No Problems at all. Just took my time and was even able to reinstall the fourth bolt back in that you can't see. You have to remove and replace it by feel. I ordered the OEM switch and the stuff to make the harness for the OEM switch for the fog lights. I'm more of a do it right the first time type of guy and am willing to pay and wait for the proper parts to have it look like it belongs on the truck from the factory.
