Installed the Energy Suspension cab mount kit today. Dark when I finished, so no pics.

A 14mm double box end, long pattern, ratchet wrench would have been handy...

I'm sure you could cut that rear cylindrical portion off, all that's in that portion is probably just some wires for power, I would imagine all the vital components are directly behind the display screen.

    What did I do today?
I looked at the rectangular hole behind my bumper, just behind the top of my license plate.......
And decided I can use the @Pelfreybilt holder for the back up camera LINK ........
If I make a bracket to extend from the hole, under my walk in door (ARE Cap), and set it in front of the license plate.
    Just maybe.

    Dreaming, so no pictures.

I popped out the blank, then fished the wires thru the hole using a stiff wire out under the dash on the drivers side then wired it using an add-A-Fuse. 15 minutes tops

fair enough man thanks, pretty much just some creative thinking, I can work with that  I wish I had known about these before I did what I did lol I ordered a usb/aux one so I can tie it into my HU. I will also be adding my abs kill switch down there too assuming it fits. the dimensions of the abs switch sound similar to the usb/aux one I ordered so we will see how that goes first.

    http://www.aironboard.com/online/pu...toyota-oem-replacement-abs-off-led-amber.html

This is what I have now :anonymous: so once I have one under the ac controls, looks like I will be ordering a new centre console thinger lol so for those of you who have blacked out your interior and have an extra one laying around (that will fit an 09) ;)

Very nice Mike Buff. You know the real McCoy!! He was my Freestyle favorite when he was with Haro. I grew up in Del Mar and the Bay Area so those were the scenes I knew, it I had magazine subscriptions to learn about the other guys.

Love those MK6 wheels. I don't care what the others say, they look fantastic. I may be biased!

I want to get a custom set of sliders that have the same style steps. Gonna talk to @Mobtown Offroad when I so get my sliders. But funds aren't there @ moment. Love the look myself!

90+ N/A bumpers and 90+ Euro bumpers are the same. So technically yes. I could talk MK2's all day.

    12v swapped MK2s are fun.

Yes it has been 3 months and I have not finished these damn things. I swear these things are driving me crazy. Can't get them painted right. Go 2 steps ahead and take 4 back. I'm on spring break and have time to do them but If someone wants to trade Their retrofits for all of this retrofit stuff holler. If I can't get these finished this week I'll be getting somebody to build them, or if somebody wants to build em now holler.

Also, I waxed my truck today. Should hold it over well enough until I get a chance to detail it.

I got some more work done on my compressor mount.

Need to paint the mount next then wire up the compressor after I finish modding it.
