Are you talking about stripping the head or the thread part of the screw? Have you tried an extractor yet? They can be picked up at pretty much any hardware or auto parts store. Just drill a hole big enough to tap the extractor in tight and twist out. Hope this helps! @droidzika

It was the head, found out they're really soft and now need to be replaced with grade 8 bolts. Thanks man I'll have to try that first

I'm using no oil on the uni filter. Cleaning intervals.... just do the visual check. If it looks dirty then it is. Pretty simple.

The oil usually gets sucked into what ever it's filtering. Best to run it dry.

The same shit everyone else has.
Yup. I ran into this today. The PO monkeyed em up doing something to the truck.

My Quick Fists and D rings came in today. Amazon Prime is the best.

I added the D rings to the driver side bed rail no problem. Passenger side not so much. Stripped the heads on 2 of the bolts. They match the stripped one on the front rail, I now have 3 total that need fixed.

Im gonna take a cut off wheel to em and cut a slot in em and put a flat screw drive in the slot and give it a few good hammer whacks and hopefully spin em out. Not looking forward to drillin em out if I cant get em out with the screwdriver.

Im gonna replace em with stainless button caps or phillips head machine screws.

Good thing I like going to the hardware store so much.
