The wheels Ive got have 3.5 backspace and -38 offset

So they are going to scrub pretty dang good

Just wanted to be prepared and not puncture a brand new tire

Right on, yeah. Im going to an inch wider wheel, with an inch more backspace, and way more offset.

    Should be pretty awesome haha

285/75's that may not be enough of a chop. All you can do is try and if not choppy chop some more. For 34's and 35's we usually chop all the way back to the frame and cut the whole end off. Then I fab the plates and box the whole thing in cutting the leading corner off at a 45 and plating it

 You're gonna be sticking out 2.5" over stock. Nice! My old SCS wheels stuck out 2" with 285s and it looked mean.

My buddy grew up outside Toronto so I generally defer to his opinion of what is good poutine or not.

For what it's worth, the stuff I had last night was goddamn amazing so I don't care what it's called, it was making my fatty mcfat tummy happy. :D

More than I want to spend also but the feedback on them won me. Also, $100 in Amazon gift cards & 3% back on their credit card
