Been slacking on IG lately!

Added some new buttons, floor lights, cup holder lights, and a rear USB power charger. Made it so I can run the floor light separate from the normal lights so I don't always need to have them on. Nice to finally see my cup holders at night time. Getting that lower dash off was not bad. Getting it back on was a little less fun.

Gonna buy a custom bumper off a fellow TW member in flagstaff will post pictures of my adventure from Cali ✌

 

Is there a How-To somewhere on TW for removing the console and getting at those switches?

Woo-hoo, received my CMC fill plates from Bay Area Metal Fab today. Now just to see if I actually need to do the CMC once I get my tires mounted.

So when I get to this point, is it fairly easy to reach up under the switches/cig light area or do I have to remove more to install new switches? That is, get to the back of them?

 

FINALLY got my appointment to get my windows tinted this morning. About to head out. Going with the option that blocks 57% of the heat which will be nice since it's already been in the 90's here all week.

Also, in some respects I find it amusing hearing about dudes hiding mods and parts from their wives...

Pretty sure if I had stayed married long enough to have gotten my truck then I'd definitely be divorced by now anyways.

LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think I'm heading towards divorce as we speak, if I keep up with the mods.

 

Man, this pic just reminds me that I need a new floor shifter PRNDL plate. Mine is cracked in half in the middle... been that way since I got the truck. Went the ebay route to get a whole new assembly (like, the entire assembly including the shift knob, etc.) and when it showed up it wasn't the right kind (didn't have the 2-L or whatever) so I had to send it back. It's not super noticeable but I NOTICE IT EVERY TIME!
