Yeah it rattled. Wouldn’t be surprised if it was original. Tossed it and put in new one from Napa for 5 bucks.
I’ll look into a catch can install. I guess if it’s good enough for my air tools it’s good for my truck!

Do it! You won't regret it. They look nice.
That's basically what I did though. The wife added something to the cart she wanted, so I did the same and ordered.

I think I should probably wait until I actually start my new job before I buy too many things. I just got a bedmat and a few more patches the other day and have more patches on the way.

I’m also trying to figure out the best way to blackout my badges. I was hoping to find some decals I can just drop on them like the 3rd gens have but haven’t had much luck.

Ah, yea you should probably wait then. The patches get expensive.

And I used Plastidip for all my badges. Cheap, Easy, and durable. I've had no issues with mine. I even had my stock wheels plastidipped.

Thanks. Been thinking about changing them out. F’N wheels keep taunting me.

Yeah I've been looking at plastidip or just full on painting them. I want to do my grille surround too at some point. Haven't looked into how each look enough to really decide what I want to do. Did you use the 3m tape to reattach them that I see everyone on here use or something else?

Nope. I did the emblems and wheels while they were on the truck. I have posts about it somewhere on here. I did take the grille off to do the surround though. I even did my rear bumper. All of it was really easy to do.

@Baja Designs sport foglight replacements installed today. Cameras don't do justice how bright these are. Super stoked to get these in before charging up the Cottonwoods to the ski areas tomorrow!

Hm. Everything I've seen in the bit of research I've done has said to pull them off, paint or derp them, than put 3m on and put them back on.

Pull them off for painting yes, but not for plastidip. YouTube plastidip car emblems.

There’s also several threads on here about plastidip.
