Went to the garage saturday after noticing a leak of engine oil.
I wanna share this rare problem (first time to see that, said the mechanic) :

Belt tensioner failed , and a piece of the belt has catched in the crankshaft seal, from where oil began to trickle.

    Replaced tensioner, belt and seal.

    I'll post some pics tomorrow

Working 4-10s over the summer so I had the day off to give the taco some attention. Changed the oil with Mobil1 syn/Toyota oil filter, went ahead and picked up an air filter and cabin filter while I was at the dealership. Since I had the hood up I went ahead did a light engine bay detail and forgot to snap pictures for proof:facepalm:. Should be ready for the coming AZ summer heat now!

My tweeters were complete bunk so I trimmed out some mounts from plexi and installed some Rockford Fosgate Prime R1T-S in both doors. It was about to pour down rain so I was working really fast.

    Two kids.
Interesting. Where is it located? I never thought to look for it.

Funny thing about that beep ... I've been taking my dog with me when I pick up my kids after school. I guess she's come to recognize that beep when I unlock the door before letting her in. The other night we're in bed watching TV and a commercial comes on where someone's using a microwave or something with the beeps that sound like the truck. The dog pops her head up, jumps off the bed, and then heads for the garage door. Silly dog though it was time to go for a ride. I'm used to her going nuts when a doorbell rings on TV or radio, but this was a first!

Right behind the drivers headlight. Pop the hood and hit the button .

Yeah I checked it out for my area as well since I'm close to you and there's a location in Manassas that's $100 cheaper.

There was a place in Baltimore for like $80.00 cheaper, but I do not want to drive to downtown Baltimore to get it. I live on the Eastern shore and work in Greenbelt and the hub it is being shipped to is located in Laurel, Maryland. Pretty close to my work for me to pick it up. I about gasped when I saw the shipping charge.

I need to have it powder coated once I receive it. I am either getting Mobtown Offroad to powder coat it which is like 35 miles from my house I believe, or Kent Island Powder Coating which is less than 15 minutes from my house.

Now you know Mobtown is going to ask you why you didn't order one of their bumpers. ;)

I know he is going to, and I did consider his bumper, very seriously actually (would have saved ton on shipping). 2 reasons I did not, the bumper was a tad heavier, it is my daily driver and I drive almost 100 miles round trip so was not looking to add any weight. The other reason is I like that the trailer hitch plug was behind the plate vs underneath.
