May I ask why two brands of Spark Plugs. NGK and Denso? do they go on different banks of engine? I am just curios I keep seeing it in this forum. Thanks

I'm sure it's a dual source contract thing between Toyota and the 2 suppliers of plugs. If one supplier does down for whatever reason, Toyota can just order more from the other supplier.

IMG_7502 2.jpgI cant believe I waited about a year and a half after buying this truck to take them off. Looks way better IMO. They felt sturdy when I had them on, but they weigh less than 10lbs each and probably would've caused more damage if I actually hit something.

Woke up to this tag-along this morning. Was not able to actually get a plug to stick so I decided to load it up and take it to the nearest tire store. Dropped the spare and found out it only had 20psi in it :annoyed:. Waited 15 min for my tiny air compressor to get 40psi in it and pumped the tire up enough to limp me 2 miles to a firestone just up the road. Fun fact firestone stores will not attempt to plug a tire if it has already been attempted to be plugged for "liability reasons". So now I am waiting for them to mount and balance a new tire. I asked for the original tire back since I just bought them in the spring. I am going to have a small place that doesnt have legal breathing down their neck to plug, mount, and balance the original on the spare steelie so I have a matching size spare.

Where exactly did you notice it rubbing? It seamed to fit perfectly, but I’ve only had it on just one day.

I also added a drain tube to my drain off of the oil filter. Seamed strange to me that there is a drain, but it just drains into the engine!? Unless I’m missing something. I added a 5/16” fuel line hose so it drains under my truck

Now you need a set of SOS Concepts - no drill- bolt on sliders. You could even get them with fill plates if so desired. Bed line them black. Easy to touch up and incredible protection
