Curious to see if the tuner tunes better than the engineers at Toyota
A big screwdriver is your friend in that situation.
Whoever told you that is wrong. Even if your swapping for the same style UCA, wear and tear on bushings, etc. could impact your alignment numbers.

My wife had a hard time driving an automatic!
She's been known to slam her foot on the brake pedal, thinking it's the clutch. One time I thought we were rear-ended! I made her tuck her left foot back, and she's better now, but had previously only driven MT.

How big of a pain was this? I am sure this is where my suspension noise is coming from
I think I seen complete stock lowers for not too too much, but I know that there's better quality bushings and joints, but the cost of joints and bushing is probably pretty close to what a lower would cost

Well, if you read up here and follow the how to threads it's not too bad. I did mine with friend at his shop. We used a 5 ton press for the ball joints and to put the new bushings in. Getting the old bushings out kinda sucked. We used a bottle jack and heat, but 3 of the sleeves were stuck in and we had to cut them out. The rubber came out fine, but not the metal... You will need a press, other than that not terrible.

If I had extra cash I would have bought 2 new Moog LCAs and press the Whiteline bushings into those.
