its 1/4 inch aluminum and i have braces all around behind it, plus it mounts to my frame in 4 spots. i build a new crossmember for my frame behind it that is probably stronger than my whole frame and it bolts up to that and the stock bumper mounts

I cant say anthing about the brush on stuff, but I used the spray on to cover the crome on my truck.
After prepping the chrome, it was easy as spray painting it on. I did about 3 coats. Turned out real nice, for less then $50.

To do your bumper would be less prep because its already bare.
Might be something to look into. prob need 6-8 cans depending on how many coats you wanna go.

What kind of CB is that. I like how it fits where the ash tray used to be.

Toyota all weather floor mats. Mag light that clunks around in the jack compartment. Dog hair. Dog drool on the windows.
Put a hidden hitch receiver on. 100 Ft Lbs. of torque is a lot of force!

Got a whole setup on ebay for $213 Receiver, Hitch, Ball, And circuit protected wiring kit!
