lol exactly i had duals at each corner but after the lift an all there were hitting my leafs an denting em up an making all kinds of ruckus so i cut em right above the axle there not pointing right at em its tiltd more foward an toward the back... but i need to figure out exit ideas asap lol

 

not that i condone drinking and driving... im referring to a "soda" at the END of a long drive.

Turned off the seatbelt warning chime today after I came across the thread on here about disabling it. Good riddance, annoying beep beep beep.

 

Received my extra wire harness today connected center driving light.

 

Installed this today, not sure if I like it up so high. Might ditch the Yakima's and mount direct to the shell for a lower profile...what do you think?

Personally I would direct mount to the shell. May give a sleeker look. And I wouldn't want that getting hung up on anything either.

 

I agree with keeping low, gonna try this weekend using the Yakima rails that are already mounted to the shell and hardware from the rack feet.
Just measured, my rails are at 35 1/5" on center and the rack is just under that by an 1/8" so it's gonna happen.

 

Shoulda asked for some help Mike, I coulda helped you and done it for about 15 bucks. I hooked up my extra set for 10, I already had wire at the house.

 

Busted my clips when I bottomed out in pismo and the flares almost flew off on the freeway so i took them off completely. Decided just to paint the black back on and there is less rubbing.

 

Time for glassworks?
