Sound deaden the front and access doors. Definitely worth doing, quieter and the bass from the stock speakers cleaned up nicely.
Waiting on suby\kicker tweeters to arrive...

Carpeted the center hatch cover, fits like a glove and looks legit. Time to do the platform for the back. 20190818_160725.jpg 20190818_160731.jpg 20190818_161038.jpg

    +5 overland points!

40” case mounted to the Frontrunner roof rack via an eo2 quick release plate system (not cheap, but quick release was important to me) . Hopefully the plethora of stickers and “No guns inside” stickers will be a bit of a deterrent.

But to be fair it’s quick release and likely I’ll just keep it in the bed most of the time anyways. And I can plop it on the roof when I need the space for sleeping in the bed.

Dobinson’s coils and shocks. SOS sliders, ditch light brackets, and front skid. Rigid ditch lights. BFG KO(dos) More minor stuff.
    Ditch the seats.

I spent 15 minutes hunting for bolts to add quick fist to hold my one piece kayak paddle, since it's too long for the bed. Then come to find out the shaft is too small a diameter for it, so it's kinda loose. $6 later and the correct size ones will get here tomorrow. I think I'll mount it on the side of the prinsu though because the unoccupied quick fist look a bit silly up there.

If my headlights are already clear (or once I get them clear) I immediately apply clear PPF (paint protection film). Has never let me down in years of use, never have fogged or yellowed headlights again. And the side bonus of a SMALL layer of extra protection from rocks. I think Xpel makes a pre-cut kit to apply yourself - applies just like window tint, very easy DIY.

Installed my pop n lock. Any suggestions for a camera? I bought this one

    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00RD05MOO/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_jsEwDbF4YDWYC

But it looks like I'll need to buy the bracket pop n lock sells.

Also started building my panel for my aux fuse box. Picked up a piece of 26 guage steel. Need to pick up bolts to mount everything, make the support bracket, and drill holes to run all the wiring

Painted my header finally also, gotta let it cure some more and then I'll bake it0818191748.jpg 0818191943.jpg 0818191955.jpg

I decided to keep the seats because I will occasionally have someone back there for short distances. Just finished the full platform though, turned out great with a nice fit.

Also added handles to the toolboxes, finished with the access cab for now...

Installed these in the back doors today. Took about an hour. Got two sets of these speakers last year, day after thanksgiving sale for $39 each set with mounting brackets and wiring harness and free shipping. Also picked up boom mats for cheap, for a Toyota whatever either RAV4 or Camry. Wasn’t sure at the time. I forgot all about them till I started looking for something else...I got these from Crutchfield back then.

Btw today I tried this and my little girl was able to ride on her own and even starting to do some turns. Now I just have to teach her to slow down properly using her foot break. Again thanks for the helpful tip.
