easiest thing is to pull the in-cabin filter and see if you can see any leaves down in there. If not, replace the blower motor.

 

Congrats on all the work! Isn't it a burn though, Factory film did not cover the leading edge of the hood, and left you with all the chips.

But it looks like the protector did its job where it did cover. That leading edge will be a lot easier to fill with touch-up paint and look pretty good. If it was the whole hood, it would look like garbage.

 

Only downside there is that they don't lay flat. Putting in some d-rings would allow for them to lay flush if you needed something to lay flat in the bed.

 

They're frontrunner wolf pack boxes. I don't know if there's anywhere local to get them. I ordered them online.

There is a cabin blower motor TSB to rectify this issue at no cost to you.

 

I think it is only at no cost if you are still under warranty. Some TSBs extend beyond warranty, others don't.

Yeah, that’s why I didn’t place a pair in the middle mounting bolts. You can get the lay flat d rings for really cheap. I got a set of 8 and use them around the bed for additional tie down options.
