    I installed a bed from a 2015 Tacoma. It has less damage than my old one, not that my old bed can't be fixed but I didn't want to spend the time/money to fix the little things wrong with it. It would be perfect for someone that wants to bob it or cut it up for a custom bed or somebody that got rear ended.

    Too late. Truck is back together.

    I did break one small clip which I'll be replacing this week.

    The bolts that came out were super rusty. We cleaned them, applied anti-seize and reused them. Then I take out the storage bins and one of them was oddly heavy, I open it up and there are the bolts for the new bed in almost new condition. I'll use them instead when I replace the clip (I have to unbolt the bed to install the new clip).
