Thanks for the camera location idea! That should work for me since I have the stock bumper. Now I can install the camera that I've had for probably a year or more.

Its been a while and I don’t remember the exact size of the adapter I made. I would measure the diameter of the knobs and google the ID of ring sizes.

Cool. I hadn’t noticed that on the wife’s RAV4. It’s a lease and may have different knobs when it’s turned in....

It's a LB. I actually got some solid rain today for the first time since I installed it, so I can give you an honest answer. It's fairly water tight, with some very minor leaking on the corners of the bed on the cab end.

The leaking was barely noticable and if you have a bed mat it will accumulate under the mat and keep things dry. I planned on camping in it, and after seeing how it does in heavy rain I have no hesitation.

Before I installed it I thoroughly coated the seams with the seam seal that was included, and I coated the outside with 303 marine fabric guard. Not sure if the fabric guard did anything important for waterproofing (more for longevity) but I'm sure the seam seal was necessary to make sure it's sealed up tight.

Installed the full steel set. Using their online instructions made it pretty easy.

Bolted a lot of money to the back of this truck today. :spending:

The Diamondback is excellent, really stoked about it!

I'm incredibly "meh" about the FrontRunner kit for it though. For what they charge it's lackluster at best, and had I not already drilled holes in the Diamondback, I probably would have sent it back. Maybe if they didn't include a signed greeting card in every single little package, they could up their game (and not short me on hardware like they did).
