Finally got around to getting the tires on, 265/75/16 wildpeaks.





Alignment guru's, does this look right? (Aside from the wrong size being listed...)



The tires I replaced had EXTREMELY uneven wear, the outer edge on both front tires were basically bald while the inner surface looked pretty decent. I guess I expected a more dramatic change in the numbers to fix the uneven wear.

Either way it drove great on the way back, just need to clean the wheels and truck now

 

Where did you get those RWC brackets?

30k on the odometer but I purchased the Taco with 12k miles on it... Haven’t driven much since working from home the past 3 years or so

 

A guy on Instagram/Reddit, he posted he had made a few sets. 11 gauge stainless steel, he included the quick fists with my order. I paid $100 + shipping. His IG is @Resslerweldedit . I’m not sure if his pricing will stay that way, he may not include the quick fists going forward. Seemed like a cool dude making a cool product so I figured why not. Also I liked the design and materials more than some others I’ve seen.

You have to be careful, there are a LOT of combinations listed there. Amazon has limited options for listing "variations" of a product... this seller is using SIZE and COLOR to mean length and orientation. You can order the wrong code & have one that the 90 degree end points up instead of down for example. The correct unit is .05M long, S3-T1 version.

And yes... it works perfectly

What the hell is the point of the stupid small soda can sized storage cubby left above the JBL subwoofer? Trying to figure out what I could use that spot for and nothing stays put there and there are no catches to hold a net or something.

I always liked my plastidipped engine cover. Just didn't care for the engine it was covering so I sold it.

Installed a Rival skid plate today in about an hour and a half. Definitely possible as a 1 person job. Just use some wood blocks to help hold it up while you bolt it into place.
