I don't know how much you know, so excuse me if this is pointing out the obvious. But just make sure you put some decent thread lube on there and don't torque it as much as you would the OEM bolts.

Thanks for the post. This looks like a great lock. After watching the video on the company site... I can't believe how quick thieves can steal the tailgate.

To get to the oil filter. The TRD Pro skid has an access door on the skid. The TRD off road cheapo skid has to be removed entirely. I do oil every 5k. So I pull the skid about 3 times per year.

To be honest, I never considered putting anti seize on the threads… I’m just a hobbyist learning as I go! I thought the culprit of the problem was my 12-point socket combined with the cheapo soft rusting metal of the bolts… maybe I’ll slap some anti seize on the new aluminum bolts next oil change. Thanks!

Installed the SS3 Pros Friday and this AM grabbed these off CL with a set of lugnuts. Not sure when I'll get some new tires to go with them but the deal seemed good and they're near new takeoffs.

It’s a swisstech. Unsure of the model. It was a gift to all the groomsmen in a wedding I was recently in. Blade feels nice and it has a smooth spring opening.

Front seat jackers and molle panel by yota TV. Wanted to go with desert does it, but couldn’t justify spending twice as much for seemingly same quality product. Picked the jackers (just 1 seat) and Molle panel for $132 total.

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
Been putzing with this project for a couple of weeks, in between other things. Mounted and wired an Auxbeam 6 switch panel, rewired my 20" light bar, added 2-7" light bars in the rear bumper, and topped it all off with ditch lights.
