What do bed stiffeners do?

 

Support and reinforce the rear lower corners of the Truck bed. It’s a known weak spot of the bed.
They also add more tie down attachment points

Your welcome. I would think it’s up to the individual weather there’re needed or not. In your case you should be fine. It’s something to think about maybe adding in the future.
The standard ones are much larger then the ones I’m going to install.

I put the mini stiffeners on as well, figured a cheap insurance policy on my bed not flexing.

 

Install new PTS button to match the start ring

 

Got it dirty for a final snow run before it's all gone for the year

 

Who did you go through to purchase that?

 

Got my hitch pod mount delivered today. Seems a bit on the beefy side of of overkill. Wada ya do?

I don't think I've ever noticed what color mine are

 

Installed the snail armor tailgate insert
