Does anyone know if OEM steering racks always have toyota stamped on the side? My rack looks like an OE one but doesn't have that stamped into the casting. From what I've seen on Timmah's videos and other photos they typically have that?

I've been chasing down steering issues and was wanting to swap out the rack guide for the newer version, but might just go ahead and order a new OE rack if this one is aftermarket.

I ended up ordering the 333 fab steering rack clamp, hoping it will help a bit as well, since the rack was visibly pivoting around the center mount with the old clamp.

Just some cosmetic work today. First, I installed a neat battery holder (Thanks Coupe!)

    20230430_141331.jpg

Next I worked on replacing the window trim on the passenger side. It was getting pretty bad.

    20230430_170804.jpg

THEN I worked on finally replacing the old, plastic side window hinges that have been broken for years.

    20230430_143006.jpg

    20230430_145210.jpg

The fit is tight but I have working side windows again.

I've got those on both trucks. They've been working for two years though.

Looks like a VIS Racing CF Hood. My buddy bought one after he couldn’t get his hands on one with a hood scoop.

I tried around the holidays and all that . They don't do any discounts and the price seems to be fixed.

Can I get some more information on your ram mount? Your switch pannel looks good too. Did you 3d print it?

    Bone stock so far!
Correct :) When installing, make sure the white plastic clips line up with the little detents in the door frame or they won't click into place well. Once I figured that out, it wasn't bad and they look great.

Sorry for the delay... been traveling a ton.

    Radio: https://www.crutchfield.com/p_105KWM560B/JVC-KW-M560BT.html
It's a good radio but I'd spring the extra cash for a screen that works better with polarized sunglasses and with wireless carplay. But if those things don't matter then this works great. Fits right in looks almost factory. Installation was extremely easy. I haven't gotten my microphone to respond yet but probably a user problem more than anything.

Slides right into the ash tray, I did need to dremel out a very small part of the bezel at the rear to allow the power cable and antenna clearance. Not required but does allow you to stuff the radio in a bit further.

    Some other things I bought:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001JT58OY?ie=UTF8 (really only needed like a 10ft or less)

It's mainly a phone mount. Piece of 1" tube that worked out a little better than it should have. Eventually I want to cut it down a little or rebuilt it.

The switch panel mount is just some ABS plastic sheet that I bent to work as I wanted.

Geeze after looking at all these mods mine hardly seems worth mentioning LOL. It was over the last two weeks, new tires, LCA's, ball joints and ES bushings. Finally got some pics uploaded today, currently at 82K + miles.

By tight fit do you mean it closes tight? Mine always work their way open and it's so annoying.

I don't think the previous owner ever changed out the fuel filter. 89k miles of crud backed out of itIMG_2586.jpg IMG_2587.jpg IMG_2590.jpg , just look at that! This was an easy swap :)

Tight as in it's a little difficult to open and close, but it STAYS closed. However, it's only been a couple days since the install.

For y'all with 3.4 headers, what exhaust gasket did you use on the downpipe to cat connection? I keep burning them out
