    Lol I don't even notice mine squeaking anymore but I still need to change it because everytime someone new rides in my truck, that is the first thing they ask. I tune it out so well that they usually have to tell me when it squeaks so that I can listen for it and tell them what it is that's making the noise haha.

    Are those wheels painted? Cuz i never seen them gunmetal color. Plus if u did paint them how did u get it so clean and smooth

    Yes they are painted. Here's the link to my build thread, I describe my process a few posts down from the original post.

    Basically just sanding and taking my time. Once you do it right the first time, touch ups are easy

    Bronze clutch pedal bushing,
    Simple job, 12 mm wrench, hack saw, file and a $2.50 bearing. Would have taken less then 45 min, but dropped one of the cylinder nuts and had to spend 45 min fishing it back up.

    I don't know what to do here. My transmission skid is 3/8" from clearing the transfer case. I'm tempted to use a 3/8" thick washer at the trans cross member and extend the plate past the transfer case. I would have to cut some weight somehow. Maybe make it narrower. I've had a lot of people wanting transfer protection, but I don't have time to make a skid row type deal.
