undertsood, but look how many miles a motorcross has on it vs a truck man. apples and oranges imo

 

I was talking about the length from front to back, not how far they stick out from the cab. It looks like they would need new legs anyway.

 

Yeah it's apples and oranges. But a truck will still do most of its time on a nice clean highway, with only dust to threaten the shocks. Whereas a motocross bike has to drudge through rocks, mud, sand, clay, water, etc its entire life.

 

Ya they would, our sleeve them too. But it would probably be easier just getting new ones made.

For some reason I didn't even think of sleeving in the middle. I was thinking of chopping the front off and extending it/making a new front. Sleeving in the middle is much simpler.....

I'll probably just get them extended. For the cost of new sliders plus shipping, plus welding on, getting them extended and welded on will probably be cheaper.

thoes are what i used to mount it to the roof they are all welded up and dont look like hinges any more ill have better photos later it still needs a little tweaking

Got a new skid bent the correct direction.

 

I think that your product would look great with a metal mesh grill behind the logo.

Nice skid, but i think you're missing too much meat up front with the laser cut TRD... plus the drain hole is just begging to get caught on... everything.

 

Swiched out my old bench seat for two buckets i picked up last night!
