    As long as that grey wire is grounded, it sure is the grey wire mod!

    Thanks, i decided to bite the bullet and cut the wire even though i wasn't 100% sure it was the right one, and it was.

    So, i've done the grey wire mod, and the 2 lo mod today.

    ordered a warn m8000-s winch and a viking fairlead. Amazon has crazy deals on warn winches and free shipping, I highly reccomend checking amazon if you are in the market for a winch.

    also picked up a thule rack system from rei today. I have to wait for a mounting kit they didnt have in stock so I just did a mock up...check my thread for the pics.

    It looks like the bumper is separated from tailgate tire carrier. The rear bumper is a trail gear one I believe

    The tailgate looks like one of the styles that Tiregate makes.

    dude the floor of an african hut is more level than that pool table, even when the legs were all screwed together. It has been my workbench for the past...while haha.

    Wondering the same as well. Though a loss of the extended space a gate gives would suck too.

    Thanks for all the comments, the rear bumper is a trail gear. The tire gate is separate from the bumper.

    The loss of the tale gate is not bad, never drive with them down so really no loss. Now for using it as a place to cook? Yeah loading the gate sucks, but I have other plans in the works to fix that problem.

    Someone asked about build thread, I have not started one yet.
