Didn't need to line it up since I cut about the last 6" of it off. But I used a flat head screwdriver while I was welding and stuck it in the gap between the sheet metal and moved it around a bit until I could get it to line up so it looks like it "naturally" stops there. That part turned out really well but you can see where I had a difficult time with the bondo below that since the fender actually flares out a little bit and ends several inches before the end of the bed. That was difficult.

Yeah, that's the other issue with keeping the flares, I may have to cut the shit out of them but I haven't found a local place around here to test out the fit/flex yet.

Cut two inches out of my front fenders and cut my bumper to line up. Also pounded back the firewall and eliminated most of the rubbing with 35's.

Over the weekend, I did a couple things. No pics for the mods, because really...but I did the grey wire mod and the clutch pedal linear spring mod. I used a OEM brake pedal return spring on it, and I couldn't be happier. No more obnoxious squeaking when I shift. The transmission seems to be more responsive and it gave it a little bit of a heavier feel, I LOVE IT! Thanks to Tacoma World for all the awesome info and great mods! After doing the mods, I decided it was time to take her out for her first trail run. My buddy took these pics of the Taco on Pancake Rock Trail in Jamul, CA. A group of Jeeps passed us while we were stopped and asked, "You guys stuck, need a hand?". We looked at each other, and I looked at the guy like, and replied, nearly in unison, "It's a Taco, we're good.":D Hope ya'll enjoy the pics, not bad for a spacer lift, I think...

By nitrogen type I was referring to where the gas is kept separate from the oil like a bilstein or a fox, as opposed to emulsion type where the gas and oil are combined.

His shocks did look like Ranchos which are the emulsion type and should not be run with the up body and shaft down.

You can either do the mod Nmc posted or rewire the blinker wires into the marker wires too.

You won't really be able to power fog lights with the blinker light you'll have to retro fit some fogs down there.

So it's best to just relocate them or rewire them

    You better...I am haha

Thanks, it was my honor to serve my country. I was pleasantly surprised with the articulation on the lift. I bought it with this lift, but definitely am going to upgrade with a 5 leaf pack and some better coilovers up front along with after market UCA's. Here are a few more pics, this was a really nice trail. Primarily it was a moderate run, but there were obstacles every 50 feet or so. Took about an hour and a half to get 2 miles up the trail.

I think this pic is my favorite. It was such a nice day for the trails and it shows off the flex nicely:p.
