The plans actually came from @Microjig 's website... But I feel like all their plans so far will be useful to me.

I'm struggling with a used 45 year old saw so whatever I can do to help make things easier I'm willing to try!

It's electric so it's not too loud. The chain make most of the noise. It's got a bit of a high pitch motor hum. But it's definitely not as loud as a gas chainsaw.

Well I had a lake etched in and I filled with epoxy and sanded it down. Looks pretty good for the first hack at it. I did make the board though;)

My daughter’s Sphero robot wouldn’t hold a charge for more than a minute. Company basically tries to talk you into buying a new one for $200 or washes their hands of it. Batteries can not be replaced by the end user, and company won’t service them.

Two replacement batteries off Amazon, a DIY Christmas ornament shell, and some careful soldering and I managed to crack open the original shell, pull the control board, solder in new batteries, and put it all back together for under $25.

Longer than a 7 year old’s attention span apparently. They were about 15% more capacity than the old ones, don’t recall exactly how many mah.

Haven't made anything yet but I got a few items to start building photo frames. Manuel miter box and saw, hardboard, a combo square, some wood glue (can wood glue mold because my mum's was turning blueish green). I do photography as a sort of bonus job, I sell prints in a local shop and do events on occasion, and it would help to create my own frames for a few reasons. It'll give a more personal feel to my customer base, it'll be cheaper (not by a lot), it'll be a lot more custom, and I'll have a lot of fun doing it.

I haven't been able to paint much lately spending so much time in bed, so I started making cross stitch patterns in hope to generate some slightly passive income. I really enjoy making the landscape ones. The Etsy store itself is still a bit rough but I've been having fun with it.
