What is going on with my truck?

TRD Performance Exhaust

On Saturday I noticed that my compass and thermometer were out. I didnt know where the fuse was for it to check it. Then today my truck wouldnt start. The lights came on but the truck wouldnt turn over all the way. Finally it kicked over and turned over and started up and ran. Any ideas. I dont know if it is the battery or not. All of the lights are on and bright and working fine.
