    alright please educate me on the difference between a 2.4L and a 2.7L
    i was told that it was a 2.4L by the gentleman i bought it from

    Haven't seen a 2rz 4wd from factory but there's 2rz prerunner tho. If it's a 4wd, must be 3rz or 5vz.

    It should say on the engine what it is.

    It is just that the smaller/lighter 5 lug 2wds have a smaller displacement engine (2.4L) and the 4x4's and prerunners have a 2.7L motor. Basically the same motor, but parts aren't interchangeable (for the most part).

    i havent seen it on the moter but i will countinue to look....so it could be the coils or it could be the plug wires

    For me the best mod I’ve done to my truck is, with out a doubt, a daily driver.
