Looks like it is the plug to cover the screw hole for the arm rest. The part list I have only goes to 2000 so don't have the number for you sadly.

Best thing is to get your vin number and call the local Toyota parts dept. Tell them where it goes and what your vin is and they should be able to find it for you pretty easy.

You can ask them the part number as well. That way you could search online sources for it to get the best deal. Might be just as well to get it local though if that is the only part you need as not sure would be worth the ship cost compared to just getting at the dealer.

bpkrules you beat me too it. Was just looking at something totally unrelated on another site and saw a link for the parts list.

    http://www.customtacos.com/tech/files/01_parts_list.pdf

OP I'd download the pdf as you never know when they stop working or get pulled.
    Best of luck with it.

    Cheers

thank you. I saw this n thought id share from the toyota parts zone website "All of our genuine Toyota parts come directly from an authorized Toyota dealer in Southern California. Purchasing genuine parts like OEM Toyota CAP, DOOR TRIM RETAI can make your vehicle run smoothly. Rests assure that every part including 67772-04030-B0 is backed by Toyota manufacturer's warranty." I knew my truck had been running rough, must have been the screw cover....

Ha, I've ordered through them before. Love how that same text comes up with every part you look up.

I found them good to work with, but have since seen slightly lower prices at 1stToyotaParts. Not ordered or calculated how all comes out with ship, but worth shopping around.

My order through Toyotapartszone I put through using part numbers from the parts pdf. Verified a few with the vin. Order processed and shipped quickly. No problem with the parts. All correct and all okay. Ordered enough little bits that was worth it with ship. Calculated I saved 22 percent or so off buying local as my local dealers price out at straight list.
    Cheers
