what is this red button

can someone tell me what this red button is? is it like a missile launcher or a seat ejector?

 

should be for an alarm. Does it blink or flash?

They're both aftermarket.
Might be dealer-installed, but not factory.... both the green switch and red "button".

 

Its like the big red button in men in black. I got one too

Honestly who looks at every button and ask what it does? I was to excited to buy my truck I probably wouldnt have noticed a little red button either.

I was excited too. But I researched before I purchased, and knew more than the salesman when I got mine. I made sure before I spent thousands of dollars I know what I was getting.

Holy shit props to you. I read the owners manual when I couldn't figure out how to get my spare out when I was changing the rear diff fluid, but hasn't been opened since. Im a lazy fuck though
