Hitch and wiring, aux back-up light, rear strobe lights, radio and underseat sub.
Set all five tires to door jam's listing, press and hold "set" button with ignition on, wait for light to blink three times and go out, release.
The light will come on briefly when the ignition is turned on, will be solidly on when tires are low, will blink when there is a system/sensor malfinction/issue.
Please read your owner's manual. It will cover all of the functions/operations of your Tacoma. You will avoid looking foolish in the future. Take responsibility for your vehicle and it will take care of you!

Yes, it's the TPMS...Technically, you should be resetting this system every-time you check your tire pressure/air up/air down.
