Just saw this picture on the TLCA site...this is exactly what I want to do on my Xcab 2003. I have an All Pro bed rack now but am thinking of selling it as I'm just not stoked enough on a RTT to pull the trigger.

This looks like a perfect setup for what I need though - can anybody give me any specifics?
    Thanks

I'd guess it's a Can-Back soft top, but i could be wrong. I like that setup too, having the soft shell and roof rack is a win.

I went the softopper route and i really like it, but that photo above is sweet.

The cargo rack looks like a Baja Rack.

Thanks! Can Back doesn't do first generation tacos, it seems? I guess I'll get on the waiting list.

@VeeSix I had a CanBack on my '01. The picture in my signature is before I put it back on (daughter took my shell for her '04).
I have the frame back on my truck. The actual soft top became hard and brittle. It also shrank when I had the sides rolled up. So I couldn't roll it down and connect it to the side rails. I had it for 8 years before I ended up ditching the cover.

Really. Well that's good to know - thanks. I'll have to see if they addressed that. Maybe the best idea is a regular truck cap after all.

Yeah. I was disappointed with how the fabric shrank and then became hard and brittle. Considering the cost, it should have lasted longer.
I loved the look and how you can roll up the sides. It was also light enough for me to take it on and off without any real effort.
I tried contacting Can Back to see if I can order just a replacement top, no frame. They never returned any emails or calls. Pretty lame.

And the website is a flashback to 1995.
